Henan Wuqian Magnetic Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Chinese Mainland on April 8, 2021. Its head office is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, with five departments and one office, three branches and two offices.

1. The company has 12 senior management personnel, 34 in-service employees, 13 with a college degree or above, 189 shareholders, 4 senior engineers, and several technicians.

2. Two research and development teams (magnetic energy generator sets and lithium battery series). Two research and development bases and production lines (lithium battery factory), and one outdoor vehicle roadshow base.

3. Since its establishment, the company has obtained 29 intellectual property rights (including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and websites), especially the website domain name "China Magnetic Energy. Online", which is an international website open to the world for magnetic energy enterprises.

On May 26, 2021, the company successfully conducted a roadshow of a two wheel electric vehicle with a range of 200 kilometers from Jiaozuo, Henan to Zhengzhou, Henan, giving birth to the Wuci brand two wheel electric vehicle. The company's independently produced five magnet lithium battery has a significant advantage in the same industry in terms of quality after inspection, and was rated as a green and environmentally friendly promotion brand in the 2021 National Lithium Battery Industry Network Selection. The company has targeted the research and development of four series of lithium batteries with a mileage of 50 kilometers, 100 kilometers, 200 kilometers, and 300 kilometers, all of which can be applied to new energy electric vehicles (two wheel, three wheel, and four wheel).

In November 2021, Mr. Wang Yafu, the general manager of the company, led the research and development team to successfully develop the static and dynamic series of magnetic energy generators. And develop enterprise technical standards and models.
