Development History

Henan Wuqian Magnetic Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on April 8, 2021, in mainland China, with its headquarters located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. It has five departments and one office, three branches, three subsidiaries, and five research and development bases.

Company development purpose: 
Never forget the original intention, remember the mission, unite as one, and move forward together. 
1. The company has 12 senior management personnel, 34 employees, 13 with college degrees or above, 177 shareholders, 4 senior engineers, and several technicians. 
2. Two research and development teams (magnetic energy generator sets and lithium battery series). Two research and development bases, one production base and production line (lithium battery factory), and one outdoor vehicle roadshow base. 
3. Since the establishment of the company, it has obtained 29 intellectual property rights (including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and websites), especially the website domain: "China Magnetic Energy.online", an international website open to magnetic energy enterprises worldwide. 
4. On May 26, 2021, the company's developed two-wheeled electric vehicle with a range of 200 kilometers successfully roadshowed from Jiaozuo, Henan to Zhengzhou, Henan, giving birth to the Wuqian brand two-wheeled electric vehicle. The Wuqian brand lithium battery produced by the company has been tested and its quality has a significant advantage in the industry. It was rated as a ----- green environmental protection promotion brand in the 2021 national lithium battery industry online selection. The company is focused on developing four major series of lithium batteries with ranges of 50 kilometers, 100 kilometers, 200 kilometers, and 300 kilometers, all of which can be applied to new energy electric vehicles (two-wheeled, three-wheeled, and four-wheeled). 
5. In November 2021, the company's founder, chairman, and general manager Mr. Wang Yafu led the research and development team to successfully develop two major series of magnetic energy generator sets (static and dynamic). Technical standards and models for the enterprise were also established.

6. In June 2022, the company was certified as a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise (national level) and a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhengzhou by the National Science and Technology Government Affairs Service Agency. In May 2025, it was certified as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Henan Province by the Henan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. 
7. On September 14, 2024, Jiaozuo Wuqian Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd. was established; on July 18, 2025, Lankao Wuqian Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd. was established; on August 14, 2025, Nantong Wuqian Magnetic Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

8. On June 26, 2025, the 601 research and development base was officially established; on July 4, 2025, the 602 research and development base was officially established; on July 11, 2025, the 603 research and development base was officially established; on July 12, 2025, the 604 research and development base was officially established; on July 20, 2025, the 606 research and development base was officially established. This marks a further consolidation of the company's strategic layout in the field of magnetic energy generation and supporting technologies, forming a complete innovation chain covering core technology research and development, key component manufacturing, and system solutions.

9. On April 19, 2022, participated in the Nanjing CLE China Golden Wave Lithium Battery Online Cloud Exhibition. A live lithium battery procurement carnival.

10. From July 14 to 15, 2022, invited by the organizing committee of the China (Nanjing) New Energy Equipment and Lithium Battery Exhibition, participated in the offline lithium battery exhibition in Nanjing.
