Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 3+ years of experience in brushless motor (BLDC/PMSM) development, familiar with applications in industrial automation and other fields.
3. Proficient in FOC vector control, PWM modulation and other algorithms, with driver design capabilities.
4. Proficient in using Maxwell, Motor-CAD and other electromagnetic simulation design tools.
5. Familiar with the working principles of BLDC/PMSM, able to independently complete magnetic circuit design and simulation verification.
6. Understanding of sensorless control technology.
7. Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across departments and work closely with hardware and software teams.
8. Those with relevant professional titles will be given priority.
