Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of experience in permanent magnet generator design and development, familiar with applications in the new energy field (such as wind power, electric vehicles);
2. Familiar with the characteristics and selection of permanent magnet materials (such as NdFeB), and master electromagnetic simulation tools (such as Ansys Maxwell, JMAG);
3. Understand industry standards (such as GB/T 18488.1-2015, IEC 60034), and have the ability to design motor thermal management and reliability.
4. Proficient in using 3D design software such as SolidWorks, and have the ability to analyze motor processes and mass production feasibility;
5. Familiar with the manufacturing process of permanent magnet generators and can solve technical problems in production;
6. Have project management experience and can independently promote the entire process of product design to mass production.
7. Those with relevant professional titles will be given priority.
